February Wrap Up - March TBR

Today February comes to an end and that means it is time to look at what I have been able to read over the last month and what I want to get read this coming month. February has been a really amazing reading month, since I got to complete eight books. I must admit that three of them were closer to novellas but I got to finished all of them. The first book I completed was "One with You" the last book on the "Crossfire" series by Sylvia Day. I liked the book and as with most of the books this month it was able to suck me in and keep me reading, however the ending was not as smooth as would have liked it to be. Then I read "Ugly Love" one of the stand alone books by Coleen Hoover. I have wanted to read more from this author but I did not want to start another series, since I have a lot of uncompleted ones. I really enjoyed this book, and I will definitely read more books from this author. After that, I read "Dare You to" the second

A temptation of Angels - Michelle Zinc

Tittle: Tentación de ángeles   (A tempatation of Angels) Author: Michelle Zinc Genre: YA, fiction, historical, romance, supernatural, angels, demons Pages: 398 Publisher:   Anaya Format: Paperback Time to read it: 5 days Language: Spanish Rating: 3/5 Helen is woken up in the middle of the night by her mother and forced to scape her own home by a secret passage. That night she will change her life forever, she will find out why her parents gave their lives for her, why they raised her the way they did. “A temptation of angels” was a decent book. I like some aspects of it but there were some things I did not enjoy. I liked the angel world created in this book and the mythology behind it, however since it is just a stand alone I found that the background world is not as developed as if it would have been if it was a series. Apart from that, the pace was quite slow at the beginning and rushed towards the end. Not only that, but the romance in this book was comple

Beth has had a really tough start in life, her father did not want her and ending going away, her mother was a drunk and drug addict that tended to look for the wrong guys. Apart from that her uncle, who promised to take her away from that life also abandoned her as a child. Now she is living at her aunt’s with Isaiah and Noah. She and Miles, the guy, will later agree to a beneficial relationship with no feelings attached, however both are by that time already in love with each other. “Ugly Love” was an interesting contemporary novel. I would like to sa

One with you - Sylvia Day

Tittle: One with you Series: Crossfire Author: Sylvia Day Genre: Fiction, adult, romance, contemporary, erotica Pages: 464 Publisher: St. Martin’s Griffin Format: Digital (Kindle edition) Time to read it: 3 days Language: English Rating: 4/5 “One with you” is the ending to the “Crossfire” series written by Sylvia Day. The series follows Eva, who fell in love with the dangerous and powerful Gideon Cross. They have already gotten married, however the actual ceremony is yet to take place. Nonetheless, Eva is really worried about the book Corine is about to publish and that get mixed with all the issues they already have. They are making progress but Gideon has to trust Eva is not going anywhere and let be an active part of his life. “One with you” was as compelling as all the previous books in this series. The relationship between Eva and Gideon is difficult and they both have complicated pasts that affect their relationship. The story is really nail-b
